Riley took the leftovers to work the next day, added hot sauce and loved it. How'd they turn out? We m...Those sound yummy. How'd they turn out? We made the carrot/parsnip salad recipe that came on the "Food Coming" link from the co-op. I need to blog it because we really enjoyed it (Harper even ate quite a bit). Then, I made parsnip fries. Those were my fav, yum! Just cut them into fries and bake until brown/crispy (I think I did it on 375-400). They were so yummy!
